Did you know that most athletes train at Maximize Potential two or three times a week, using the other days for optimal recovery? Join our performance training to improve your performance and reach levels you didn’t know you were capable of.
Our Sports Performance Training program is perfect for anyone over the age of twelve — and you don’t have to be in a certain stage of your training to join. Just pick a time that works with your schedule and start developing your coordination and strength today.
Currently, our training sessions are held Monday through Thursday at 5 p.m., 6:15 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., and Fridays 5 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. during the school year. If you’re ready to make a long-term commitment, consider choosing from one of our membership options:
- Month-to-month membership: $275 per month
- 3-month minimum membership: $233 per month
- Annual membership: $200 per month
- Recovery/maintenance membership: $125 per month
If you’re looking for a training program that’s great for your child, our Youth Sports Performance Training provides them with a great way to enhance their speed, agility, sprint mechanics, injury prevention, and explosive power production.
Through our training program, your child will develop a healthy love for competition. Our amazing staff will encourage your child to push themselves and develop healthy habits they can use as they develop into athletes or develop their own workout routines.
Get your child moving with our performance training. Sessions are currently Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Youth Sports Performance packages include two days of training, but monthly membership options are also available:
- Month-to-month membership: $150 per month
- 3-month minimum membership: $133 per month

When you are part of a team, you have to work together in order to find success. That’s the mentality we bring to our team training at Maximize Potential. Through work with your team, you will cultivate your strength, power, and agility.
Looking for a place where you can train with weights, gain strength, and find confidence with your body? Our Barbell Club blends weight training with a cardio workout to give you a training program that melts fat and builds muscle and speed. You can also work with your coach on your nutrition and food choices to keep training your body even when you’re not at the gym.
If you are recovering from a sports injury, it can be hard to stop going to the gym and your performance training program. But once you’re cleared from physical therapy, it can be hard to jump back into intense training.
That’s why Maximize Potential offers our Bridge to Sport program. While you’re recovering from your injury, you can slowly work your way back up to training while regaining confidence and strength.
