Every month we do educational & themed workouts like Squatober, Fat-Loss February, & May The Strength Be With You! During Maximize Potential’s small group setting, you will learn proper weight lifting mechanics and recovery methods to keep you strong and safe for years to come!
Elite Sports Performance Training (13+)
