Fill out the form to get started
One of the biggest misconceptions about sports performance training is that every workout should be harder than the last.
That mindset works during parts of the offseason.
It doesn’t work during the competitive season.
As practices become more frequent and games start filling the calendar, athletes are already placing a tremendous amount of stress on their bodies.
Adding more fatigue isn’t the answer.
Managing that fatigue is.
That’s why our in season programming looks very different than what athletes experience during the summer.
Instead of chasing personal records in the weight room, we focus on maintaining the strength and power they’ve already earned.
Instead of long conditioning sessions, we prioritize short, explosive movements that help athletes stay quick without leaving them tired for tomorrow’s practice.
Mobility becomes a larger priority because muscles naturally become tighter after weeks of competition.
Recovery becomes part of every session because athletes can’t perform at their best if they’re constantly fighting soreness and fatigue.
Every exercise has a purpose.
Every drill has a reason.
Everything we do is centered around helping athletes compete at their highest level.
Parents sometimes worry that training once each week isn’t enough.
For athletes who are practicing several days every week, one well designed performance session is often exactly what they need.
It’s enough to maintain strength.
It’s enough to reinforce movement quality.
It’s enough to continue developing speed.
Most importantly, it’s enough to help athletes stay healthy throughout the season.
Training doesn’t stop when the season begins.
It simply evolves to meet the demands of competition.
That’s how athletes continue performing at a high level from the first game all the way through the playoffs.
